Sway bracing is not included in this purchase. Every Ceiling Mounted Crane System should be installed with sway bracing to help secure the crane in place.

GLCSLX Note: In order to optimize headroom, Gorbel® has redesigned all of it's 4000# GLCSLX track. The track now utilizes a smaller truss tube with larger verticals. In order to continue to support existing systems in the field, we need to know if the runways are going to be used to extend a system already in the field. If so, we need to know when the system was ordered. All systems ordered on or after 1/1/2012 will have runway depths shorter than systems ordered before 2012. If you do not know when the original system was ordered, you can measure the depth of the runway. All 4000X GLCSLX track ordered before 2012 will have a depth of 22". All 4000X GLCSLX track ordered on or after 1/1/2012 will have a depth of 21".

With Ceiling Mounted Systems, supporting steel does not interfere with the handling operation. Ceiling Mounted Systems require a building with an adequate overhead structure to hang the crane.

Standard hangers are available for plain steel and all trussed track. There is the option for a 20" or 72" threaded rod (B7 alloy). The threaded rod can be field cut to custom lengths as required. The upper hanger brackets are adjustable for flange widths from 1 to 10 inches.

- Two beam clips are bolted to the upper bracket and are clamped to the supporting structure. Includes beam clips with hardware.
- The Standard Mount Hanger fits flange widths of 1" to 3", 3-1/4" to 5-1/4", 5-1/2" to 7-1/2", and 8" to 10"
- GLCSLX is not available for the 250 track series
