How can I get a freight estimate for one of your products?

Freight estimates are provided on a case-by-case basis. Freight charges depend on several factors including the weight of the unit, the size of the unit, the shipping location, and the delivery location. To receive a freight estimate contact us directly via email or phone and we will provide a freight estimate as quickly as possible.

I like one of the units I am looking at, but I need something a little different. Can I order a unit with different specifications?

We at Bohl Crane, Inc. have an in-house engineering department on hand to design the right solution for your application. If you find a unit that doesn't quite meet your needs, do not hesitate to contact us so we can help design the right unit for you.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards.

I live outside the United States. Can you ship me one of your products?

Unfortunately we only ship to the 48 Contiguous United States at this time.

Why am I being charged a sales tax?

We are required to charge sales tax in the states of Alabama, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, and Ohio. Review our Tax Policies for more information. If your purchase is tax exempt please contact us directly.
