Bohl Crane Incorporated, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors are not responsible for the quality of workmanship employed in the installation of any crane. Please review the warnings below before finalizing a purchase.

Installation (Warning): Only competent erection personnel familiar with standard fabrication practices should be employed to assemble all cranes.

Free Standing Cranes (Warning): Consult a qualified structural engineer to determine that your support structure is adequate to support the loads generated by anchor bolt force, overturning moment, or axial load of your crane.

Wall and Ceiling Mounted Cranes (Warning): Consult a qualified structural engineer to determine if your support structure is adequate to support the thrust and pull of your crane.

Some products require additional information from you the buyer for correct fabrication. It is the buyers responsibility to supply Bohl Crane, Inc. with this information in writing before orders are finalized for fabrication.

Bohl Crane, Inc. will send you the buyer a message through e-mail within 24 hours after a purchase is finalized requesting all additional information needed for correct fabrication of the purchased unit(s)

You the buyer must be able to supply Bohl Crane, Inc. with all the information requested before the product is scheduled for fabrication. If you are unable to supply the necessary information the order will be held until the information is received by Bohl Crane Inc. If 30 days pass after the confirmation of purchase and Bohl Crane. Inc. does not receive the necessary information the order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued.

If additional options and/or upgrades are offered in a product listing it is they buyers responsibility to inform Bohl Crane, Inc. of all desired additional options and/or upgrades upon purchase. All requests for additional options and/or upgrades must be provided by the buyer in writing. The buyer is responsible for all additional costs associated with any additional options and/or upgrades requested. Upon the buyers formal written request for any additional options and/or upgrades the appropriate cost will be added the the invoice total. Additional options and/or upgrades may result in a change of shipping costs. If the buyer does not inform Bohl Crane, Inc. upon purchase of any desired additional options and/or upgrades the base product offered in the listing will be fabricated and shipped to the buyer. Once the purchased product begins fabrication the buyer can no longer request any additional options and/or upgrades for said product.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Bohl Crane Incorporated and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
