Overview:

Stretch Wire Rope Festoon Kits for round cable or hose are suited for light duty applications where an intermediate support structure is not available. Economical and dependable, stretched wire rope systems provide electrification to small cranes, moving hoists, and jib cranes. This kit includes standard zinc plated hardware.

This kit includes all the necessary components to bring electricity to your crane system. Make one fast easy purchase and receive a full festoon kit ready to install.

Kits are available in lengths of 20, 40, 60, 80, and 100 feet. Base kit does not include round electrical cable or air hose. If cable is ordered with the kit the cable length is equal to the kit length plus an additional 10 ft. of length. Please contact Bohl Crane, Inc. if a different cable or hose length is needed for your system. Hardware to attach the support arms to the crane is not included. Please provide us with your crane information and we will work with you to get the correct festoon mounting hardware.

• Nylon-coated wire rope (6mm diameter)
• Tow bar (24" length with welded 3" x 3" mounting plate)

• Support arms (26 1/2" length with welded 5 1/2" x 3" mounting plate)
• End clamps
• Cable trolley (13 lb capacity per trolley and cable diameter range of 3/8" to 9/16")
• Cable clamps
• Eye bolts (1/2-13 x 6.94)
• Hardware kit (other components to install festoon kit)
• Round Electrical Cable or Air Hose (optional)
